Carnivals/How to Enter

Swimming SA has opened online booking direct from the swimming SA site for all Aquatic Centre Meets, EDASA and many open carnivals.  Entries do not need to be lodged with your club.

The links have been set up in the calendar abaove or alternatively visit the Swimming SA site, click on Events Calendar to go directly to that meet on the swimming SA website.

For all EDASA meets entry is now done online. $5 is paid on the day of the meet.

For all club meets where there is no on-line entry facility the nomination form must be used. This form is attached below for your convenience. Entries must be submitted to the nominations officers at least one week prior to the closing date of the meet. 

All entries must be accompanied by either payment or a receipt for electronic payment. No entries will be accepted without payment.
Electronic payments can be made to bsb 105057 account 027538040.  Include your surname and the meet e.g. smith Starplex.  Remember to print a receipt to accompany the entries you give to the nominations officers.  They cannot accept your entries without this as they do not have access to the account to check payments.
Once your entries have been entered onto the computer system  Melody will give a print out to Pat and in summer one will be put on the notice board at the woodside outdoor pool.  It is the responsibility of the swimmers to check their entries.

For 2011/2012 season the club nominations officers are Mardi Rayson and Melody Remnant.
